We are located at A/90 in Namrata Society, which is near Paras Nagar on Vatva Road. We are over in the Isanpur area of Ahmedabad, pin code 382443. Being in a society like this means we are right in the heart of the neighborhood we work in. We do real estate, but it’s more about helping our neighbors and people who want to move into this part of Gujarat. The office is a simple room with some chairs and a lot of maps of the local blocks pinned to the boards. It’s not a fancy place with glass walls or anything like that. We usually have the door open so the breeze comes through during the hot afternoons. We spend our days talking to people about leases and sales, and sometimes just helping someone understand a contract they got. Ahmedabad is growing fast, and Vatva Road is always busy, so there is always something to do. We aren't some big national chain with fancy logos. We are just local people who know who is selling what and which house has a leaky roof or a good garden. We take notes by hand mostly and keep everything in big physical folders on the shelves. It’s a bit old school but it works for us. We try to be helpful and just give people the facts about the properties. It’s a steady job and we like being part of the Isanpur community.
