Our office is over at Elanza Crest, right behind Hof Living. It's on Sindhu Bhavan Road, which stays pretty busy most of the time. Getting in and out of the parking can be a bit of a pain during rush hour, but we manage. We’ve been at this spot for a while now. It’s a decent building, easy to find if you know where S G Highway is. Inside, it’s mostly desks and some files. We spend a lot of time on the phone or driving out to see different sites. Greenleaf Realty isn't some giant firm with hundreds of agents. It’s just us working the local area. We keep track of what’s available around Sindhu Bhavan and the highway. People stop by to ask about prices or just to see what’s new in the neighborhood. We don't really have a big sales pitch. We just tell them what we know. Sometimes the market is fast, and sometimes things sit for months. We just stay here and keep the records updated. It’s honest work. If someone needs a space for a shop or a new apartment, we look through our notes. The coffee machine in the corner is usually running because the days can get long. We aren't trying to change the world, just helping people figure out their property stuff without too much trouble. It’s what we do every day. There is always a lot to keep track of with the new developments popping up along the highway.
