Shivsai Aastha Property Consultant is located at A-16 in Jaldarshan Soc., which is right across from the old Natraj Cinema on Ashram Road. Being on such a busy street means there is never a quiet moment. You can hear the traffic and the people outside all day long. We spend most of our time sitting at the desks, looking through folders of property listings and maps of the local area. People walk in with all sorts of questions about buying a flat or finding a shop for rent. It’s a lot of talking on the phone and trying to keep track of who owns what and which papers are missing. The office isn't anything special to look at, just some chairs, a few cupboards full of files, and a fan that’s always on. We know the streets around here pretty well because we spend half our time walking to different sites to show people around. Some days it’s just one person looking for a small room, and other days it’s someone looking for a big commercial space. We just try to give them the facts without making it sound like something it’s not. It’s a lot of paperwork and back-and-forth with different offices. We like the neighborhood though, even with all the noise from the cinema and the main road. It feels like we are part of the local community here, just doing our daily work on the ground.
