Suryam Properties

You can find us at Suryam Greens, which is near Alok-5 and just opposite the Shri Hari-2 Bungalows in the Vastral area. We are located right in the middle of the residential part of Odhav, which is nice because it is a bit quieter than the main city roads. Our office is actually part of the project here, so we are always close to the homes we are talking about. We spend a lot of our day just chatting with neighbors or people who are thinking about moving into Vastral. We do not have a big marketing team or anyone to write fancy brochures for us. We just show people around and tell them what we know about the houses and the land. We have lived around here for a long time, so we have seen how Vastral has changed from empty fields to a busy residential spot. It is a small operation, and we like it that way because we can really get to know the people who buy from us. We do not use any of that corporate talk. We just want to make sure the houses are built okay and that people are happy living in them. Sometimes we are out checking on the gardens or the common areas of the property. It is a practical job that keeps us outdoors a lot. If you are ever in the area, you will probably see us walking around or sitting in the small office by the gate.
