We have been around Ahmedabad for a while now, mostly working out of our spot near Prakash Nagar. It is a busy area and we like being right in the middle of things here in Gujarat. Dealing with property can be a real headache sometimes, so we just try to keep things straightforward for people looking for a place. It is mostly just us handling the paperwork and showing people around different sites. Some days are quieter than others, but there is always something to do with all the new buildings coming up around 380008. We are not a massive office with hundreds of people, just a local team doing our daily work. We know the streets around here pretty well since we spend most of our time driving back and forth between meetings. Most of our day is spent on the phone or sitting across from someone trying to figure out the right paperwork. We do not have fancy brochures or anything like that. We just talk to folks and see what they need. It is hot in Ahmedabad most of the year, so our office is usually a place to grab some water and sort out files. We have seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years. We just keep our heads down and handle the buy and sell side of things for the locals. It is decent work and it keeps us busy enough.
