Kankaria Properties

Our office is way up on the 11th floor of the Metrix Building. It’s right behind Vijaya Bhaskar on the S.G. Highway. If you look out the window, you can see all the cars and trucks moving along the highway. It’s a bit of a climb if the lift is slow, but we like being up here. Kankaria Properties is mostly just about managing what we have on our plate. We handle different types of property stuff around this side of Ahmedabad. The highway area has grown so much in the last few years, it’s hard to recognize some parts. We sit in Room 1106 and go through files and talk to whoever drops by. It’s usually quiet inside even though the road outside is loud. We don't have a big team or anything like that. It’s just us doing the daily work, answering calls, and trying to sort out whatever issues come up with the land or the buildings we look after. Sometimes things are slow, and other days it feels like everyone wants something at once. We don’t do much fancy stuff. Just keeping track of who is moving where and what’s for sale. The S.G. Highway is the place to be now, but we remember when it was much emptier. We’ve seen it all grow. It’s just a regular business day for us, nothing more and nothing less. We just keep our heads down and do the work we need to do. There isn't much to it really.
