We are located in Devina House, which is inside the General Bank Chamber on C G Road. It’s a fairly well-known area, so most people don’t have much trouble finding us once they get to the main road. C G Road is always busy with shoppers and offices, and we’ve been a part of that bustle for years. Our office inside the chamber is where we do all our thinking and planning. It’s filled with papers, maps, and the usual office supplies you’d expect. We aren't interested in being the biggest agency in town; we just want to do our job well and keep things moving. Most of the work involves talking to people about their property needs, whether they want a new office space or a place to live. We’ve seen the market go up and down, but we just stay steady and keep doing what we know. The building has a bit of history to it, and we like being in a place that feels established. We don’t use scripts or prepared speeches. When someone walks in, we just have a normal conversation about what they are looking for and what their budget looks like. It’s a very human way of doing business. We value the relationships we’ve built with the bank people and the other tenants in the building. It’s a good place to be, even when the traffic outside gets to be a bit much. We just keep our heads down and work.
