I started doing real estate work here in Kubernagar quite a few years back. My office is located at Shop No-1 and 2, which is right near the Mahavir Kasarat Shala. It’s a small place, but it works for what I need. Most of my day is spent on the phone or out walking around the neighborhood looking at houses and shops. People come to me when they want to rent a place or maybe sell their old family home. I know this area really well because I grew up not too far from here. Kubernagar has changed a lot, with new buildings going up where there used to be empty lots. Dealing with paperwork and property owners can be a headache sometimes, but that’s just the nature of the job. I don't have a big team or anything, it's mostly just me and a helper. We keep files on what's available nearby. If you’re looking for a small flat or a space for a shop, I usually have a few ideas. The office isn't anything special to look at, just some desks and chairs for when clients come to sign papers. I try to be honest about the places I show. If a roof leaks or the plumbing is old, I’ll tell you. It’s better that way. Drop by the office if you’re in the neighborhood and looking for a move.
