Starboard Properties LLP

You can find Starboard Properties LLP at the ONE42 building. We have units 701, 702, and 703 on the 7th floor. The building is situated behind Ashok Vatika and is quite close to the Jayantilal Park BRTS stop on the Ambli Bopal Road. It’s a high-up spot, so we get a decent view of the traffic moving along the road below. Having three units gives us enough room to keep the paperwork separate from where we meet people. The BRTS makes it easy for staff to get here, even though the road gets very congested during rush hour. We spend most of our time tracking different property listings and making sure our records are up to date. It is a modern building, but our office feels like a normal workplace with papers everywhere and half-empty coffee mugs. We aren't really into fancy presentations; we just show people the details they ask for. Most days are just a mix of answering emails and looking over contract drafts. The elevators are usually fast, which is a plus when we are in a hurry to get to a site visit. It’s a practical location for the work we do in this growing part of Ahmedabad. We just show up, do the work, and head home after checking the final files for the day. It gets noisy when the windows are open, but we like the fresh air.
