SIMNI REALESTATE LLP is located at 2105/6 in Common Lawar Ni Pole. We are inside the Shekh Sariya Chambers on M.G. Haveli Road in the old part of Ahmedabad. It is a very traditional area, and the streets are quite narrow, so driving a big car here is not a good idea. The building itself has a lot of history and feels very different from the new towers on the highway. Our office is a bit of a walk once you get into the pole, but people around here are helpful with directions. We deal with real estate matters in this part of the city, which involves a lot of old property records. The atmosphere is always lively with the sound of the market and people shouting nearby. It gets quite hot in the summer months, and our small fans have to work hard to keep us cool. We usually have a lot of visitors who just stop in to ask about property prices in the area. There is always a stack of registers on the main table that we are working through. It is an honest, busy place to spend the day. We don't have a lot of extra space, so we have to be careful about where we put everything. It’s just how we do business. Sometimes the stairs feel steeper than they are, especially after a long day of visiting sites around the city.
