SHIV SHARANAM PROPERTIES LLP is based at 102, Sur Residency 2. We are tucked away in Panchwati Second Lane, right opposite the Hare Ram Flat in Ambawadi. Ahmedabad-380006 is our area. Ambawadi is a nice part of the city, with a lot of trees and older buildings. Our office feels more like a home than a business sometimes because of the location. We are on the first floor, and we can hear the birds in the morning. It is a quiet place to work, which is good because real estate needs a lot of focus. We handle a lot of local property matters from this little office. We have got a couple of desks pushed together and some shelves full of binders. We do not believe in making things more complicated than they need to be. If someone wants to buy or lease, we show them the options we have and let them decide. We do not push anyone into things. Most of our day is spent responding to emails or going over to the Hare Ram Flat to meet people. It is a local life. We know the shopkeepers on the main road and the people living in Sur Residency. We aren't some big firm with hundreds of employees. We are just a small team in Ambawadi. We do our work, keep our records straight, and try to be as honest as possible with everyone who calls us or stops by.
