We are over in Vinzol, specifically at the address C/o Manubhai Sendhabhai Bharwad. It is near ONGC 40 and the road that goes from Gamdi to the Ring Road. SATYABHAMA REALTORS PRIVATE LIMITED is a small operation, and we like it that way. Being near the Ring Road means we get a lot of people passing through who are interested in the land around here. It is a bit of a dusty area sometimes, especially with all the construction going on lately, but it is home for us. We operate out of a simple space. We do not have fancy glass walls or expensive furniture. It is mostly just Manubhai and the rest of us handling the daily inquiries. We spend a lot of time out in the field, literally, looking at plots and meeting with owners under the trees. It is a very hands-on kind of job. We do not really do the whole corporate branding thing. We just have our name on a sign and our door is usually open for anyone. People around Vinzol know who we are. We help with the paperwork and make sure the boundaries are right on the maps. It is a lot of walking and talking. We drink a lot of water because it gets hot out there near the Ring Road. We aren't trying to be the biggest company, just the one that knows this specific corner of Gujarat. That is how we have always done it.
