Saphala Realtors LLP operates out of M-105 in Swareet Appartment. You can find us in Vejalpur, right near the Torrent Power office on Survey No.-502/A/1. It’s a busy part of Ahmedabad, and the Torrent office is a major landmark that helps people navigate. Our office isn't very large, but it fits our desks and the few people who work here. We spend a lot of time looking at site plans and discussing property values. The apartment building itself is mostly quiet during the day when everyone is at work. We have a lot of folders stacked up on the shelves, mostly containing records for the different plots we manage. Sometimes the internet acts up, and we have to wait for things to load, which can be annoying. We usually have lunch together in the office and talk about whatever is happening in the neighborhood. It is a straightforward business, mostly handling local real estate inquiries and keeping our files in order. There isn't any fancy decor here, just functional furniture and the tools we need. We've been in this Vejalpur spot for a while now, so we know most of the people who live and work around Plot No. 32. It’s just a normal day-to-day operation for us. On rainy days, the street outside gets a bit muddy, but we just keep going. We don't really do much besides this.
