Our place is on the S.G. Highway, which is always a hive of activity. We are located in units 900, 901, and 902 of the Parshwanath Business Park. It is a big building right near Prahladnagar Garden. Having those three units gives us a bit of breathing room for the team at ROODLAND REALTY PRIVATE LIMITED. We spend a lot of time looking out at the highway traffic while we are on the phone. It is a modern building, but we have kept our space pretty simple inside. No heavy decorations, just the essentials for real estate work. Prahladnagar is a good area to be in; there are plenty of places to eat and the garden is nice for a walk when things get too stressful. Most of our work involves a lot of coordination and making sure the numbers add up on the forms. We aren't here to give anyone a sales pitch. We just provide the information they need about properties. Being on the 9th floor means we are a bit removed from the street noise, which helps us focus on the paperwork. We get all sorts of people coming in, from first-time buyers to those who have been around the block. We treat everyone the same and just try to be helpful. It is a standard office life, really. We keep our files in order and make sure the coffee machine is working. That is about it for us.
