Re/max Gujarat

We are located at 504 Abhijeet I, which is right near the Mithakali cross roads in Navrangpura. If you know that intersection, you know it’s one of the busiest spots in the city. Re/max Gujarat is basically an office where we spend most of our time on the phone or looking at property listings. Being on the fifth floor gives us a bit of a view of the traffic below, which is always moving. The office is usually full of maps, files of houses, and people coming in to talk about buying or renting something. It’s a lot of back and forth, really. We spend half our time in the office and the other half driving around to show people different sites. Real estate isn't as glamorous as it looks on TV; it’s a lot of paperwork and waiting for people to show up. Our team is just a group of people who know the local neighborhoods well. We’ve got desks pushed together and a coffee machine that gets a lot of use. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing all morning, and other times it’s strangely quiet. We don’t use a lot of fancy talk; we just tell people what’s available and what the price is. Navrangpura is a great place to be based because everything is close by. It’s a busy life, but we’ve gotten used to the pace over the years.
