PROMAXKARMA REALTY LLP

We’ve been at C8 in Santoshnagar HO Society for a while now. It is a quiet spot here in Kaligam, and most days start with just getting the office opened up and checking the messages left on the desk. PROMAXKARMA REALTY LLP is just us working through the daily tasks. People stop by sometimes to ask about what is available nearby. It isn't a fancy setup, just a desk, some chairs, and a lot of folders full of paperwork. Kaligam has changed a bit over the years, but our corner feels pretty much the same. We spend a lot of time on the phone or walking around the different society blocks to check on things. There is always something to fix or a document that needs a signature from a neighbor. It gets a bit busy around noon when the sun is out, but we just keep at it. Most of our neighbors know us by now. We do not really do big advertisements or anything like that. It is mostly word of mouth and people seeing our name on the gate. We have got a routine that works for us. It involves a lot of tea and looking at maps of the local area. Sometimes we sit outside for a bit when the weather is nice. We just handle the property stuff as it comes. It is practical work. No big corporate meetings here, just us trying to make sure everything is in order for whoever walks through the door next.
