We are Nikshu Properties Private Limited. Our office is located at A/1 in the Image Co-operative Housing Society. It is part of Chintan Park, right near Arihant Society in the Vasna area of Ahmedabad. It is a very established residential neighborhood. You won't find us in a tall glass skyscraper. Instead, we are tucked away in the housing society where the actual people live. We like it that way because we can see what is happening in the streets every day. Most of our work involves helping families around Vasna find their next home or sell their current one. We have a small team and we all do a bit of everything, from answering the phone to going out for site visits. Sometimes the printer jams or we run out of chai, but we manage to get the job done. We’ve been around this part of Ahmedabad for a long while now. We know which blocks have the best water supply and which ones get a bit crowded during festival times. It is the kind of local knowledge you only get by being here for years. We don't try to be something we are not. We just provide practical help with property, and we do it from a place we know inside and out. It’s been a good journey so far. We keep the office open even on most Saturdays for people who work all week.
