If you head out toward Manipur, you will find us at E/5 in Prathana Upvan. We are Neolithic Realty and Infra Solutions LLP. Our spot is right by the entry gate on the right side, just across from the lane that leads to the Pleasure Club. It is a bit quieter out here compared to the city center, which we actually like quite a bit. There is more space and the air feels a little different. We focus on properties in this general area because we live near here too. We started this because we saw a lot of people moving toward Manipur and needing help figuring out the land. Our office is pretty modest. We have a few chairs for visitors and a big table where we spread out the documents. Sometimes we walk over to the Pleasure Club lane to check on a project or just to see how the neighborhood is changing. We don't have a marketing team or anyone to write fancy speeches for us. We just talk to people like regular neighbors. Some days are slow and we just drink tea and talk about the weather, while other days everyone seems to want to buy or sell at the same time. It keeps us on our feet. We like the local vibe of Prathana Upvan and plan to stay here for a long time. It’s a nice place to come to work every morning without too much stress.
