Navbharat Nirman Property Solutions Private Limited is our full name, but most people just know us as the guys on the third floor of Panchdhara Complex. We are right on the S.G. Highway, very close to Grand Bhagwati in Bodakdev. It is a very active part of town, always cars zooming by and something new being built. Being on the third floor gives us a bit of a view of the chaos below. We spend our days dealing with all kinds of property questions. Bodakdev has grown so much lately that there is always something to talk about. We aren't a big corporate chain with thousands of employees. It is just a small group of us working out of B01. Our desks are usually covered in site plans and notes from phone calls. We try to keep things simple. If a property has issues, we say so. If it’s a good deal, we mention that too. We don't use a lot of big words or try to impress anyone with fancy brochures. Most of our work comes from people who heard about us from a neighbor or a friend. The highway noise is just something we have learned to ignore over the years. We find that being near the Grand Bhagwati makes it easy for people to find us, which is helpful. We just show up every day and do the work. The office stays pretty busy until late in the evening.
