We’ve been working out of Bungalow No 20 in the Reveira 20 area for a while now. If you know Prahladnagar, you know it’s a busy spot, but our place near Aryavrat Bungalow is actually pretty quiet. We are IVR Realty Private Limited. Most people just call us or drop by when they are looking for a place in Satellite. It’s a good neighborhood to be in. We spend most of our mornings just going through listings and talking to folks who live around here. Sometimes the traffic near the main road gets a bit much, but that is just part of being in this part of town. We don't have a big fancy office building with glass walls. We like the bungalow setup better. It feels more like a regular home and that makes people feel comfortable when they come in to talk about houses or land. Usually, it's just a few of us here making sure the paperwork is right and keeping track of who is selling what. We know the streets around here like the back of our hands. If someone asks about a specific lane in Satellite, we probably know which house they are talking about. It’s not a complicated business, just helping people figure out where they want to live next. There is always coffee going and usually some files piled up on the desk that need sorting. We just try to keep things moving along without too much fuss.
