HEET REALTY LLP

We are based over at Brooklyn Tower, specifically in unit 501. It is right near the YMCA club on the S G Highway in Ahmedabad. The office gets a lot of sun in the afternoons, so we usually have the blinds halfway down. S G Highway is always busy, so there is a constant hum of cars outside. Most of our days are spent going through property files and talking to people on the phone. We’ve got a small team here at HEET REALTY LLP. Sometimes the elevator in the building takes a minute, so we just wait around and chat. The desks are usually covered in maps and printouts because we handle a lot of local listings. It is not a very quiet place, but it is where we get everything done. We have been in this spot for some time now and know the local area pretty well. Often, we walk down for tea near the club when things get a bit too hectic. It is just a regular office setup with a couple of computers and a lot of folders. We don't really have a fancy reception or anything, just some chairs for anyone who drops by. Most people find us because of the YMCA landmark. It is a practical space for us to work on real estate stuff every day without too much fuss.
