FACTUM REALTY LLP

We spend most of our time here at 516, Iscon Emporio. It's right next to the Star India Bazar. If you know the Jodhpur Cross Road area, you've probably driven past us many times. Factum Realty LLP isn't some huge corporation with hundreds of people. It's just us in this office handling the daily property stuff. It gets quite busy during the week when the traffic picks up near the bazar. Sometimes the elevators in the building are a bit slow, but we don't mind too much. We deal with real estate paperwork and spend a lot of time on the phone talking to people looking for places. Most of the folks who drop by are from around this part of town. We've been in this specific spot for a while now. The office is decent-sized but it’s definitely not fancy. We keep things pretty straightforward because that’s what works best for us. There isn't much flash to what we do here. It’s just showing people houses or pieces of land and trying to get the contracts right. Jodhpur Cross Road is always bustling with activity, so there is always something to look at outside our window. We often grab tea from the small stalls nearby. Being close to the bazar makes it very easy for our clients to find where we are located. We don't have a big reception desk. Just our desks, some chairs, and a lot of files.
