You can find us at 409 in the Sahitya Arcade. We are right on Naroda Road in the Naroda part of Ahmedabad. It's a busy stretch of road, that's for sure. There is always something moving outside, trucks or bikes mostly. Devsatya Properties LLP has been based here for some time now. Our office is up on the fourth floor, so it's a bit quieter than being right on the street level, which we appreciate. The elevator in the arcade works most of the time, but we’ve had to take the stairs more than once. It keeps us moving, I guess. We deal with property stuff all day long, mostly just sorting through papers and taking calls. It’s a lot of manual work, keeping track of everything in the Gujarat-382330 area. The office itself is pretty simple. We have our desks, some chairs for when people stop by, and a lot of filing cabinets. We aren't trying to impress anyone with decor or anything. We just focus on getting the work done. The area has a lot of energy, and being in Naroda means we are right in the middle of a lot of growth. We see a lot of the same faces every day in the hallways of the arcade. It’s a good community of small businesses here. Most of us just grab a quick lunch nearby and get right back to the paperwork. It’s a steady kind of life, and we like it that way for the most part.
