COMMERCE PUNDIT PROPERTY LLP

We are located in G 301 at Shaligram Flora. It's a nice enough area over in Thaltej. If you are looking for us, we are right across from Shaligram 3 and not too far from the Sangini Bunglows. It feels a bit more like a neighborhood than a cold business district, which is nice for a change. Commerce Pundit Property LLP is basically just a small team of us working out of this unit. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at maps of the area. The building is usually pretty quiet, which helps when we have to concentrate on all the property details. Sometimes it’s a bit hard to explain exactly which Shaligram we are in because there are a few of them around here, but once people see the Flora sign, they usually find us okay. We don't have big flashy signs or anything like that. Just a door and some desks inside. Most of our day is spent dealing with the local property market and trying to keep our records straight. It gets pretty hot in the afternoons, so we keep the fans going. It’s just a normal office where we handle our business. We’ve been in this part of Thaltej for a while now and we know the streets pretty well. If you pass by the bunglows, you’re basically there. Nothing too special, just us doing our jobs and getting through the pile of folders on our desks.
