Our office is set up in Bunglow No-8 over at Golden Residency. It is right on Science City Road, which is a pretty well-known spot if you live in this part of town. We are right opposite Sundaram Bunglows. It is a nice area, with quite a few houses around. Bricks N Rates is basically just us working on housing stuff. We spend a lot of time looking at local rates and seeing what buildings are going up nearby. Being in a bungalow instead of a high-rise makes it feel a bit more relaxed, I think. People can just park and walk in without much fuss. We deal with a lot of local housing queries. Sometimes it is just someone wanting to know what their place is worth, or maybe someone looking to move closer to the science city area. We have got a small team here. It is not a big corporate setup with uniforms or anything like that. We just have our desks and a lot of maps and papers spread out. Living and working around here means we know the shortcuts and which blocks are quiet. We try to be helpful when people come in with questions. It gets busy during the afternoons. We handle the usual property paperwork and help people understand the different housing schemes that pop up. It is straightforward work, really. We just keep our heads down and stay on top of the local market changes every day.
