If you head out towards Najafgarh, you’ll find us in Shyam Vihar at E-182. We are pretty close to Deenpur. This part of South West Delhi has its own character. Our business is all about tea. We have bags of tea leaves stacked up in our space. The air usually smells like dried leaves and earth. It’s a simple operation we run here. We don’t have a fancy storefront. It’s more of a warehouse and packing spot. 110043 is the pin code we use for everything. We spend our days sorting through different blends and getting them into packets. It’s repetitive work but we don't mind it. The neighbors are mostly families and other small shops. We aren't trying to be a huge corporation. We just want to get good tea out to people. Sometimes the delivery truck gets stuck in the narrow streets of Shyam Vihar. We just go out and help them guide it in. It’s a very hands-on kind of business. We don't have a big marketing department. It’s just us, the tea, and the packing machines. Every day we brew a pot for ourselves to make sure things are going okay. It’s a quiet life out here in Najafgarh, and we like it that way. We use a lot of tape and cardboard boxes, so the floor is rarely empty. It's just honest work.
