Barista Lavazza

Barista Lavazza is our coffee shop located at New T-129, Om Vihar in New Delhi. It’s a small part of the big city, and we’re right there on the street where everyone is always in a rush. We spend our days making coffee, frothing milk, and cleaning up tables. The shop has a constant smell of roasted beans, which is something you either love or get tired of after eight hours. We get a lot of regulars from Om Vihar who stop by every single morning for their caffeine fix. They don't want a long conversation, just their drink so they can get to work. In the evenings, it’s a bit different, and people stick around to chat or do some reading. We don’t have a big corporate handbook that we follow to the letter. We just treat people like neighbors. The machinery we use is pretty standard, and sometimes it needs a little bit of maintenance to keep the coffee flowing. Delhi is a noisy, dusty place, so we’re always wiping down the counters to keep things looking decent. We aren't trying to be the fanciest place in India. We're just a reliable spot to get a cup of coffee. Our staff is local, and we know the shortcuts and the best places to eat around here. It’s a simple business, run by people who just want to do a good job.
