Cafe Coffee Day

Our Cafe Coffee Day is tucked away at T-4 Jain Colony in the Shukkar Bazar area of Uttam Nagar. Being in New Delhi-110059 means it's always energetic around here, especially on market days. The shop itself isn't the biggest one you'll find, but it stays pretty active. We spend our time making drinks and cleaning tables most of the day. The smell of ground beans is always in the air, which I guess you get used to after a while. We have some regular customers from the colony who stop by just to say hello or sit for a bit. The street outside can get really crowded with vendors and people shopping at Shukkar Bazar, so it’s a bit of a relief to step inside sometimes. We don’t have a big corporate team here, just a few of us making sure everything is ready for the next person who walks through the door. The chairs are a bit worn and the menu board has a few scratches, but it’s a real place. We aren't trying to be anything other than a spot in Uttam Nagar where people can grab a drink. It gets a bit hot in the afternoons, but we manage. Sometimes we run out of certain things and have to wait for the delivery truck to navigate the narrow lanes. It’s just life at T-4 Jain Colony. We keep the place open and wait for the crowd.
