We're based in Mayapuri Phase 2, right at C-7A on the ground floor. If you know Mayapuri, you know it's a gritty, hardworking industrial area. That suits us just fine. We handle everything related to coffee here. There are bags of beans stacked up and the smell of roasting is pretty strong most days. It’s not a fancy cafe where you’d sit and read a book; it’s where the actual work happens. The floors are tough and the machinery is heavy. We spend our days roasting, grinding, and packing. Sometimes the dust from the beans gets everywhere, so we’re always sweeping up. It’s a noisy neighborhood with all the other factories and workshops around us. We often have to compete with the sound of trucks and metalwork outside. Our team consists of a few dedicated people who really know their way around a roaster. We don't use big fancy words to describe what we do. We just take the beans, process them, and get them out to people who need them. The building is a bit old and the paint is peeling in some corners, but it’s a solid place to work. We don't have a marketing department. We just focus on the machines and the beans. It’s a lot of physical work, lifting heavy sacks and watching the timers. We just show up every morning and get to it, making sure the coffee is ready for whoever is waiting for it.
