Swizato Restaurant India Private Limited is based out of a ground floor space at 2/9 in Tilak Nagar. If you know the New Delhi 110018 area, you know how packed it can get around here. We’ve been set up in this part of town for a bit, and it’s a lively place to be. We aren't trying to be the most famous name out there, we just do our thing every day. The ground floor location makes it easy for us to move supplies in and out without too much trouble, though parking can be a nightmare sometimes. It’s a pretty simple setup inside. We have our regulars and the usual neighborhood chaos to keep us busy. It’s not always easy running a restaurant business in such a competitive city like Delhi, but we manage. We don’t have any grand statements to make about what we do. We just wake up, come to Tilak Nagar, and get to work. Most of our time is spent looking at lists, talking to suppliers, and making sure the kitchen side of things is okay. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, and the desk is always cluttered with receipts, but that’s just how a real business looks. We like the local vibe of Tilak Nagar and being part of the community here. It’s a practical way to live and work without too many frills.
