Swaadika Cuisines Private Limited

Swaadika Cuisines Private Limited is located over in Rajouri Garden, specifically at Ca-91-D in the G-8 area. It’s a bit of a residential-meets-commercial spot, so it feels a little more relaxed than the main markets. We’ve been here for a bit, working out of this space and trying to make sure the food we send out is actually good. We don't have a giant team of managers. It’s just a handful of us who show up early to get the kitchen ready. The space isn't huge, but we make it work by staying organized. Rajouri Garden is a place where people really know their food, so we have to be careful about what we do. We spend a lot of time testing out different ways to cook things until it feels right. It’s not always perfect, and sometimes we have a rough day where things don't go as planned, but that’s part of the job. We buy our vegetables and stuff from the local markets nearby to keep things simple. The building we are in is pretty standard for this part of Delhi. We don't spend money on fancy signs or advertising. Most people find out about us just by walking past or hearing from a neighbor. We just want to keep cooking and making sure our small business stays afloat. It’s practical work and it keeps us busy from morning until late at night, which is fine by us.
