Being in a market area means there is always something going on. From the first floor, we can hear the bustle of the shoppers and the cars below. It’s a good spot to be in because everything is within reach. Our workspace is quite straightforward. We have a few desks, some shelves for our files, and a small area for guests to sit, though we don't get many formal visitors. Most of our work is done over the phone or through emails, managing food supplies and deliveries. The office isn't decorated with fancy art or anything. It’s just a place where we come to work every morning. We drink a lot of tea and try to stay on top of the paperwork. The market can be quite loud in the evenings, but by then we are usually wrapping up for the day. We don't have a big corporate structure.
