If you go to Ramesh Nagar, you can find us at House Number 112 on the ground floor of Block 4. This is where Sardar Buksh Coffee Private Limited does its main work. Being on the ground floor in a single-storey area makes things pretty easy for moving things in and out. We spend most of our time dealing with coffee orders and making sure the beans are where they need to be. The space is a bit lived-in, with stains on the desks and boxes piled up in the corners. It’s not a showroom; it’s a workplace. We have a small team here in West Delhi who really know their way around the business. Usually, the air smells a bit like roasted coffee, which is one of the better parts of working here. We don't have a lot of rules about what people wear or how they talk, as long as the work gets done and the customers are happy. It’s a bit of a scramble sometimes when the deliveries are late or the phones won't stop ringing. We just deal with it as it comes. We aren't trying to change the world; we are just trying to run a decent coffee business from our little spot in Ramesh Nagar. It’s simple, it’s a bit messy at times, but it’s our life and we enjoy it.
