Samreen Restaurants Private Limited is based at H.No. Rz B-13-Kh No. 190 in Block B of Indra Park, right here in Uttam Nagar. West Delhi is a busy place, and our corner in Indra Park is no exception. We run our operations from this house, which we’ve turned into a workspace for the restaurant business. It’s not a flashy high-rise office. It’s a real place where real work happens every day. We spend a lot of time in the kitchen or planning out the menus and the supply runs. Being in Uttam Nagar means we are close to the markets, which is handy for getting fresh stuff. We don’t have a big board of directors or anything like that. It’s just a few of us who know how to cook and how to run a kitchen. Sometimes the lanes around Block B get really narrow and crowded, especially in the evenings, but we’ve learned how to navigate that. We aren't trying to be the next big chain. We just want to serve good food from our spot at Rz B-13. The 110059 area has its own rhythm, and we’ve become a part of it. We keep things simple and honest. We show up, we do the prep, we handle the cooking, and we make sure the orders are right. It’s hard work, but it’s what we do.
