Robusta Cupsine

Robusta Cupsine is our little spot in Paschim Vihar, specifically at A-2 B/125 C. It’s a quiet enough area, and we like it that way. We spend our mornings getting everything ready, mostly brewing coffee and making sure the seating area is tidy. It’s not a massive place, so it feels quite cozy when a few people are inside. We don’t have a long menu with confusing names, just the things we know how to make well. The smell of ground beans is everywhere, which is the best part of working here. Sometimes the milk delivery is late or the espresso machine acts up, and we just have to deal with it as it comes. We have a few regular customers from the nearby blocks who stop by every single day for their usual drink. We know their names and how they like their sugar. The walls have a few simple pictures, and we try to keep the music low so people can actually talk. It’s just a regular neighborhood cafe. We aren't trying to be the most famous place in Delhi, just a reliable spot where you can get a decent cup and sit for a bit. It’s mostly just us working behind the counter, keeping the machines clean and the customers happy with a warm drink and a simple place to rest.
