Pearl Detox Water is right by Metro Pillar No.745 in Mohan Garden. Our address is Plot No.A-90, and being in Uttam Nagar means it's always crowded and moving around here. The metro trains rumble overhead all day long and you can feel the vibration. You get used to the sound after a while and don't even notice it. We focus on the water business here. It involves a lot of heavy lifting with the big jars and bottles every single day. We spend a lot of time checking the filters and making sure the pipes are all clear of any grit. It’s a lot of maintenance work that people who just buy the water don't really see. The shop isn't much to look at from the outside, just a place where the water gets processed and loaded onto the rickshaws or small delivery trucks. We start work pretty early in the morning before the sun gets too hot. It’s better for everyone that way. The guys working here are good people, we just get on with the job and don't talk too much. We don’t have a marketing team or anyone fancy like that. We just rely on the fact that people in this neighborhood need clean water. Sometimes the machinery breaks down and we have to spend the whole afternoon fixing it with heavy wrenches and greasy hands. It’s not glamorous work. We just want to make sure the bottles are full.
