Mdosa Express is a small operation located at E 56, Shop No 2, on the ground floor in Guru Nanak Pura. If you know Jail Road in South West Delhi, you know it’s one of the busiest stretches of road in the city. There is always traffic and people looking for furniture or something to eat. We are right there in the middle of it. The shop isn't big, but it’s enough for what we do. Being an OPC means it’s a very hands-on business. You’ll usually find the owner or just one or two staff members handling everything from the cooking to the cleaning. We don't have a corporate office somewhere else; everything happens right here at Shop No 2. The neighborhood of Guru Nanak Pura has a lot of regulars who stop by because they live or work within walking distance. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing team. We just put the sign out and start the day. Jail Road is a loud place, but you get used to the noise after a while. Sometimes it’s hard to find parking nearby, but people still manage to find us. We don't try to be anything we aren't. It’s just a ground floor shop in a busy part of Delhi, and we are just trying to keep things running smoothly every day without making a big deal out of it.
