You can find us over in Paschim Vihar at A-5B/351. Manish Mangla Flavours Private Limited has been around for some time, just doing our thing with food additives and seasonings. The office is in a residential-commercial mix area, so it’s pretty quiet compared to the main markets. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to suppliers and checking on deliveries. It’s a family-run kind of vibe even if the name sounds official. We didn’t want to go to a big fancy industrial area because this is closer to home and easier for the staff. The rooms are filled with paperwork and some samples we keep on the shelves. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when three deliveries arrive at once, but we figure it out. We aren't some massive corporation with a huge marketing team. It’s just a few of us making sure the orders are correct. If you walk past, you might not even notice the sign at first. We like it that way. Most of our business comes from people who have known us for years. We don't really have a big sales pitch. We just tell people what we have available and what the price is. Dealing with West Delhi traffic is probably the hardest part of the day. Otherwise, it is just regular work. We stay focused on what needs doing and don't worry about much else. We usually close up at a decent hour each night.
