Every morning starts before the sun is even up really. That’s when the deliveries happen. Being on the first floor means a lot of carrying things up and down. It keeps us moving. Our address at Wz-52 C is where we handle all the coordination. It’s not a big corporate office with glass walls or anything like that. It’s just a room with some desks and a lot of lists. We have to keep track of who needs what and when the next batch is coming in. New Delhi-West Delhi is a big area to cover. Sometimes the traffic makes everything take twice as long as it should. We just try to get the orders right. It’s a plain business. We don't have a marketing team or anyone to write fancy stuff for us. We just sell eggs and try to keep the crates stacked properly so nothing rolls off. Most of the neighbors know us. It’s just a part of the daily life around here.
