If you are looking for us, you have to head up to the second floor at Plot No-C-92 in Kirti Nagar. It’s not the easiest place to find if you aren't looking for it, but we have been working out of this spot for a good bit of time. We mostly handle food and different kinds of drinks. The stairs can be a bit steep, especially when we are hauling crates up and down all day. It’s noisy around here because of all the other businesses, but we have gotten used to it. We aren't a big fancy operation. It’s mostly just a few of us making sure the orders get filled and the bottles are packed right. Sometimes the labels are slightly crooked, but the stuff inside is what matters. We spend a lot of time on the phone with suppliers or checking the inventory in the back room. It’s a lot of manual work, honestly. We don't have a marketing team or anything like that. Ganga Foods & Beverages is just a local business trying to get things done. We usually have the radio playing in the background while we work. It keeps the energy up when we have a big batch of orders to get through. The 2nd floor gets pretty warm in the afternoons, so we keep the fans running constantly. It’s a plain workspace, nothing special to look at, but it’s where we do everything from morning until late evening.
