Choco La Cafe

Choco La Cafe is tucked away on Tagore Garden Main Road at Ff 23B. If you are driving by, you might miss us because the traffic on the main road gets pretty heavy during the day. It is usually quite loud outside with all the horns and people rushing around, but inside it stays a bit calmer. We spend a lot of our time just wiping down the tables and making sure the coffee machine is behaving itself. The spot at Ff 23B isn't huge, so when it gets crowded, you can really feel the heat from the machines. We have a few regular people who come in just to sit and get away from the noise of Tagore Garden for a bit. Sometimes the milk delivery is late or the front door squeaks a little too much, but we just deal with those things as they come up. We don't have a big team or anything, just a few of us who know how the kitchen works. The lights are a bit dim because that's just how the building is set up. We spend most of the evening cleaning up chocolate spills and washing spoons. It is a lot of work to keep a cafe running on such a busy road, but we have our routine down now. We just focus on getting the orders out and making sure the floor stays clean enough for the next person.
