Bobby Refreshment

Bobby Refreshment is a small place located at Shop Number 30 on the ground floor. The address says Pandav Nagar but it’s right near the Patel Nagar East side. We started this because we liked making snacks for the people around here. It’s not a big restaurant, just a spot where you can get something quick to eat. We have a large frying pan for the samosas and a big pot for the tea that’s almost always boiling. The smell of oil and spices is always in the air. We have a few stools for people to sit on, but most people just stand on the pavement and eat. It gets very busy around four in the afternoon when the offices close and everyone wants a snack before heading home. We go through a lot of potatoes and flour every single day. My hands are usually covered in some kind of dough or salt. It is a simple business. We don't have a menu with fifty items, just a few things we know how to make well. The ground floor spot is good because people can see us as they walk by. Sometimes it gets a bit messy with the paper plates, so we have to clean the front every hour. We’ve been at shop thirty for a few years now and the neighbors are all very friendly. It’s a good little community to be part of.
