Our address is a bit of a mix, listed as House No Wz 26 in Sant Ngr Ext, Vite Maharashtra, with a Delhi pin code of 110018. It is a bit confusing on paper, but on the ground, it is just a solid place where we manage things for Bisleri International Pvt Ltd. We deal with a lot of water crates and heavy lifting here. The building is a simple structure with a wide gate so the trucks can back in easily. Inside, the floor is concrete and usually a bit damp because of the nature of our work. We have a small desk near the entrance where we sign all the delivery slips and talk to the drivers who come in from long trips. There is no air conditioning in the main loading area, so it gets pretty sweaty during the day. We have a big water cooler, obviously, so we stay hydrated. The neighborhood is a mix of houses and small warehouses, so there is always the sound of engines and people shouting instructions. We have a small staff of local guys who are very good at stacking the bottles quickly. We don't use any fancy software for everything; a lot of it is still written down in big ledgers with blue ink. It is a practical environment where the focus is on the physical work. We have been in this spot for years and everyone around here knows our trucks.
