Big Mountain Restaurants Llp

We are located at 2/27 in the WHS area of Kirti Nagar. If you know the neighborhood, you know it's full of warehouses and shops. It gets quite dusty around here because of all the wood and furniture work going on nearby. Our space is pretty large since it's a warehouse setup, which gives us plenty of room to move around. We have some heavy equipment and a lot of stainless steel tables that we use every day. The ceiling is high, so it stays a bit cooler than you’d expect during the summer. I usually get here around eight in the morning to open up the shutters. The sound of the metal rolling up is how we start every day. We aren't a big team, just a few of us who have worked together for a long time. We mostly focus on the operational side of things for Big Mountain Restaurants Llp. There's a small area in the back where we keep the records and a computer that’s probably ten years old but still works. Traffic in Kirti Nagar is a nightmare during the evening rush, so we all try to finish up and leave before five. It’s a gritty part of town but it suits us just fine. We don't have any decorations on the walls, just some calendars and a few clipboards with our daily tasks. It’s honest work in a busy part of New Delhi.
