Sri Ramakrishna Vidya School

Sri Ramakrishna Vidya School sits right here on Bagewadi Road in Shantaveer Nagar. It’s a busy part of Bijapur, and you can always hear the traffic from the main road throughout the day. We’ve been here for a while now, just doing our thing with the local kids. The building isn't anything fancy, just standard classrooms with desks and blackboards that we use every day. Most of us get here early, around eight, to get things ready before the first bell rings. You’ll see the staff parking their bikes out front under the small patch of shade we have. During the summers, it gets really hot in Bijapur, so we keep the windows open to catch whatever breeze comes through Shantaveer Nagar. The kids come from all over this side of town, some walking and others getting dropped off by their parents on their way to work. We spend a lot of time just keeping the place tidy and making sure the students are where they should be. It’s a lot of work, honestly. Between the paperwork and the lessons, the day goes by pretty fast. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon, which is just how things are around here. We don't have a huge playground, but there is enough space for the children to run around during the break. It’s just a normal school where we try to get through the syllabus and keep things running smoothly without too much fuss.
