Al Hasnat Urdu Primary & High School

Our school is located in Raheem Nagar, in the Shastri Nagar area of Bijapur, which is under the 586102 pin code. We have both primary and high school students in the same compound. It is an Urdu medium school, so all our lessons and conversations happen in that language. The building is a bit tucked away in the neighborhood, so it’s fairly quiet compared to the main roads. We have different sections for the younger and older kids. The classrooms are basic with wooden benches and old fans that sometimes make a bit of noise. We don't have a big budget for fancy things, so we just focus on the teaching and making sure the students are ready for their board exams. The playground is a small open space where they play during the recess. We have a lot of students because there aren't many Urdu schools in this specific part of Vijayapura. The teachers are mostly local people who have been with us for years. We don't have a big management team or any polished marketing. Most people find us through the local mosque or just by living in the same street. We keep our records in big handwritten ledgers and don't use many computers. It’s a community school and we just try to do our best for the kids who come to us every morning. We don’t have any grand plans, just the daily schooling.
