A P G Granites is located out in Abdullapuram, specifically in Menmanohar Village. Our address is 123 Sivaji Street. It’s a bit of a quieter spot compared to the main city areas, which we actually prefer for the kind of work we do. Handling granites is what we do, as you can probably tell from the name. The slabs are heavy and take a lot of work to move around, so we spend most of our time out in the yard. It’s a straightforward business. Fancy offices and corporate slogans aren't our style. We just have the stone and the tools we need to handle it. The village is a nice place to work from. Knowing most of the people on Sivaji Street makes the day better. Sometimes someone will walk in just to ask a question or see what new stock we’ve gotten in. Keeping a decent variety on hand is important, but it depends on what we can get at the time. It’s not a polished operation, just a group of us working hard to keep things organized. The weather can make it tough some days since we’re outside a lot, but we just get on with it. We’ve been at this location for a while and have seen the village grow a bit. If you’re coming down to Abdullapuram, we’re the place with all the granite stacked up near the road. It’s easy to spot once you get onto Sivaji Street.
