Zaveri Caterers

Zaveri Caterers is located up on the first floor of Pavan Complex, unit Q 3. We’re right on Jetalpur Road in Alkapuri, basically across the street from the Pizza In. Being on the first floor means we’re always carrying boxes and equipment up and down those stairs. It’s a good workout, though I wouldn’t recommend it after a twelve-hour shift. Our space is usually filled with the smell of whatever we’re prepping for the next day. It’s a lot of logistical work, making sure we have enough of everything before we head out to a venue. Alkapuri is a busy area, so getting the trucks parked and loaded can be a real challenge some afternoons. We’ve been doing this for quite a while now, and we’ve seen all kinds of parties and events. Some are easy, others are a bit of a nightmare, but we just roll with it. We don’t really have a fancy office; it’s more of a practical hub where we keep our gear and do our planning. It’s a bit cluttered with large pots and serving trays, but we know where everything is. We just focus on the food and making sure it gets to where it needs to be. It’s honest work, and we like being part of the local community here on Jetalpur Road. Sometimes we run out of space, but we manage to make it work somehow. We are just a regular team trying to do our best every single day.
