Le Noir Bistro Bar Singapore

You can find our bistro and bar at 173/ Tarun Nagar, which is right near the Amar Ice Cold Storage in Vadodara. It’s also close to the Chhani Jakat Naka area. We chose this spot because it’s a bit different from the usual commercial centers. The building itself is a bit older and has some character to it. We haven’t done anything too crazy with the decor; we just put in some comfortable seating and a solid bar. The pin code is 390002. It’s a bit of a mix of residential and industrial around here, which gives the place a unique vibe. We spend our mornings getting the kitchen ready and making sure we have enough supplies for the evening. Sometimes the delivery trucks block the street, but we’ve learned to work around that. We aren't trying to be a fancy, high-end lounge. We’re more of a local spot where you can come as you are. The lighting is a bit dim, and the floors are made of simple stone. We have a small staff who all know each other well. It’s a lot of work to keep a place like this running, especially with the heat in Gujarat, but we enjoy the daily routine. We don’t have any big marketing plans or corporate goals. We just want to serve good food and keep the drinks cold for whoever walks through the door.
