Pan India Food Solution is tucked away in the Vadodara Central Mall. We are on the third floor in the food court area. It’s a place called Spoon, and we are right near the Sharabhai Chemicals area if you are looking from the outside of the mall. Working in a mall is different because the hours are long and the noise never really stops. We deal with a lot of different people every single day. It’s mostly about managing the food stalls and making sure everything is running the right way. The kitchen area can get very hot and crowded during the lunch and dinner rush. We don't have a quiet office with a view of the city. Our view is the food court and the shoppers walking by our counters. We spend a lot of our time checking on food supplies and talking to the cooks. There’s a lot of cleaning involved too, as you can imagine with any food business. We don’t have a fancy "About Us" page because we are usually way too busy working to write one. We just handle the food solutions part of things. It’s a practical business for us. We have to make sure the machines are working and the staff shows up on time every morning. It’s a bit chaotic at times, especially on weekends when the mall is full of families. We just do our best to keep things organized for everyone.
